Coaching is a collaborative relationship between a coach and the client to help the client get to a measurable goal. The goal could be better mental health, a more joyful life, etc., but we will help define those goals and narrow them down so you can start seeing positive change immediately.

Having someone to guide you through the pitfalls and hurdles of life is invaluable. If you want to live your best life, coaching is for you. A tremendous amount of change can be achieved in just a short time through coaching.

Therapy is a medical modality that tends to focus on your past and understanding any painful situations that may have led you to where you are today. Coaching is more forward-thinking and future-oriented; it focuses on ways to get you from baseline to thriving. Coaching incorporates many principles of positive psychology to help ensure that you are living your best life.

You will be doing the majority of the talking. I will be listening and asking powerful questions. Sometimes we’ll be talking about and analyzing problems life has thrown your way; sometimes we’ll be talking about holistic health products you can use; sometimes we’ll be talking about your astrological make-up, self-love, and radical self acceptance. Most of the time, I’ll be coaching and listening to you to get an understanding of where you’re at, and to help guide you towards your most fulfilled life.

You can expect to get clarity around the things that you really want in life - and how to get there. You can also expect to get an action plan around steps to take to get closer to your dream life/state of being. If you're dealing with depression, OCD, anxiety, or bipolar, you can expect to get a tailored plan around healing and getting to a better place. Most of all, you can expect to deepen your relationship with your truest self - the self that you may have been neglecting. My goal is to be the best possible “parent” to you and to get you to where you want to be, so that you can eventually let go of my hand and move forward in life with your own guidance and internal compass.
